Next morning I woke up in my tent. Google had scheduled it to be a wonderfully sunny day. At the moment it was overcast and rain.... I climbed out of my tent not looking forward to getting back to the main road. The trail I had ridden in on was now mud.
Anyways time to get moving I have places to be and things to do!

I started back towards the main road. I was about 100 meters from pavement when the rear tire slid out from under the bike and over we went. I was going at about a walking pace so mostly just fell directly over. Somehow during this chaos when we hit the ground the bike landed on my leg. It didnt smash my leg but more trapped my foot. So as the commotion came to a conclusion I felt like my foot was being twisted backwards. Well it wasnt my foot twisting it was my body twisting and my foot staying stationary.
The bike and I came to a stop and I was able to get my foot out from under it. My ankle was soar but I didnt think anything was broken. I got the bike picked up and made it to the main road before stopping to look at everything,
Some dirt collected on the foot peg but that was it. My ankle hurt but I knew better than to take my boot off. I kept it on and went down the road using the rear brake as minimal as possible.
I had arranged to meet some friends that evening on the Dnepr so I had to get going!
Of course the GPS takes me on some more rough back roads. It doesnt seem to care about a hurt foot :)
I noticed if I didnt put weight on my foot after a while it became stiff. So I stopped more often to walk around a bit. Usually at these monuments
Somehow I went across a small damn built in the early 60's
Further on this statue on an island, no idea what its about
Luckily the trip went well and I made it to meet my friends. I was early of course but was able to eat some food and wait for them to arrive.
