The next morning we headed out intending on Italy as our destination for the night.
I tried to find a smaller paved road, I know I am slacking but I dont know if my dads Ford will handle to much gravel. I found the ss337 running from Switzerland into Italy.
It was a small road and paved! I think my dad was ready to kill me because the road was not very wide and a bit of a pain for 2 cars to pass each other, but great for me!
We stumbled across this church
It wasnt old I think built in early 1900's but cool
Then there was a Dam
We had to cross back through Switzerland again. While going through one town at about 15 different places there was a police car in the road with to officers one waved people through and the other had a machine gun....... I have no idea what they were doing but they were checking out plates so I figure looking for someone. One guy in front of me went through the check point to fast.... The officer started screaming the guy in the car stopped. The first officer was still screaming while the second officer with the gun now at his shoulder comes barreling towards the car.
Finally they let him go and I was next in line. Needless to say I went through the checkpoint so slow I couldn't take my feet off the ground.
We hit Lake Como after that and drove up the west side of the lake. Man it was busy I tried to stop for pictures but I didnt find many chances
We headed north of the lake to camp. We were a stones throw away from this water fall
Then we noticed 2 guys had climbed to the top of the water fall and were repelling down. They were our entertainment for the night
I also noticed Yoshi made it to 50,000 miles!
